Just turning up to your first group class means you miss out on the personalised approach that drives us here at Tiaki Pilates. So we have an introductory one-to-one session that all our new clients come to.

In this private session, we take you through an introduction to the reformer machine so you can get used to the machines and learn how to use them. We can also discuss your goals, and have plenty of time to ask any questions or focus on any particular body concerns.
